Attendees can wear their business clothes, beginner-friendly. Very quick & minimal setup. 

Sessions can be anywhere, even in office chairs or exhibition hall seating. 

In the after-glow of all our classes, participants will guided through short discussion prompts in pairs or small groups to encourage easeful networking.

Laying down with yoga mats and blankets is also an option depending on space availability.

Beginner-friendly yoga with the gentle stillness of yin or with the fluid movement of vinyasa flow. Schedule in the morning, midday, or an alternative to happy hour. Thoughtfully designed so attendees can participate comfortably in their business attire. Attendees leave feeling loosened up, calm, and re-energized for the rest of the conference.

Mats are provided and the room is set up for a true yoga experience, with slow, accessible movements and no sweat-inducing sequences.

A fun, interactive partner yoga & movement class that pairs attendees together for playful, guided exercises designed to build connection and spark conversation. Easily one of the best and most unique networking experiences of the conference. Lighthearted and relaxing atmosphere, a great way to meet new people. No experience necessary, come in your business clothes as you are.
